In the Beginning …
Back in the Mid 1990’s four engineers from Intel got together to form the original Reasonable Doubt . The band played at corporate events and and private parties. After a few years we decided to break up the band.
Over the next 20 years we worked together on and off in various groups at Intel and on occasion jammed and performed with other co-workers at Intel celebration events.
Getting the Band Back Together …
At Ken and Steve’s retirement party in 2016 there was talk of “getting the band back together”. A year or so later they found a new bassist and a keyboard player. Over the next 6 years the lineup changed a few times with the band playing private events and concert in the park gigs in the East Valley. The band went dormant in 2024 due to health issues and members moving on.
More Recently …
In late 2025 Steve and Ken started jamming with other musicians and after a couple of gigs and lineup adjustments the current lineup emerged in May of 2026.
Laura Dixon (Lead Vocals), Bill Campbell (Bass/Vocals) and Cecily Broaddrick (Keyboards/Backing Vocals) joined Steve Smiley (Drums/Vocals) and Ken Cardita (Guitar/Vocals).
